Ways of working for your Kanban board

In the meeting: What did the trial show, and what do we do with it: adopt it, adjust it or stop. Then choose one or two new ideas at most. How often: Improvement meeting, every two weeks.

What you want to achieve and when, with the work behind it on the work board. A card is a goal, a result or something that must be finished within a period or phase. In the meeting: For each goal: is it on track and why, and is the work behind it moving? Then what moves to Now and what you stop doing. How often: Goals meeting, every month. Quarterly meeting, every quarter.

What could go wrong or went wrong, and what you are doing about it. A card is something that could go wrong or has gone wrong. In the meeting: Go through all open risks: have they grown or shrunk, and what are we doing about them? A measure becomes an action on the work board. How often: Risk meeting, every month.
